Q: How long is your delivery time? A: For 1st order, it is 35-45 days. For Repeat order, it is 25-35 days.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ? A: Yes, we provide samples by 1.5 times of unit price. And, this sample fee will be rebate to you during 1st mass production order.
Q: What is your terms of payment ? A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment, or 100% LC at sight.
Q: What is your major product? A: Our major product is Gas Water Heater, Electric Water Heater, Gas Hob, Range Hood, Gas Oven, and other kitchen appliances.
Q: Can you do SKD or CKD? A: Yes, we can. We have been in cooperation with SKD/CKD customers from Vietnam, Pakistan, India, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey. The SKD/CKD format is customized.
